IYP Program Admission Process

| STEP 1 | Complete and sign the registration forms (including consent and waivers) and submit all the required documents to admissions@internationalyouthprogram.com. |
| STEP 2 | Make your payment and provide us with proof of transaction.
• Upon receipt of the complete registration package, IYP staff will issue an invoice to the applicant.
• The paid invoice and official acceptance letter will be issued once the payment is received.

| STEP 3 | Submit your Canadian visitor visa application (if applicable, for Canada camp programs only). Present the IYP acceptance letter, paid invoice and other supporting documents required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). |
| STEP 4 | Once your visa application is approved, please send us a copy of your Canadian visa counterfoil/sticker page (if applicable, for Canada camp programs only). |
| STEP 5 | Complete and sign your flight information sheet. Please provide us with your arrival AND departure flight information. Ensure the information is current and accurate for airport pick-up/drop-off service. |
| STEP 6 | Prepare for your trip. It's mandatory for Canada camp program students to complete our English placement test. Please complete this test at least ONE week before your program start date. Read our camp student handbook and pre-arrival guide to prepare for your arrival. |

For international students who require a visa to enter Canada, please allow enough time for visa application processing. Due to limited intake capacity for each program, we may request that applicants facing visa-related delays consider alternate program options. Students who meet any of the following conditions can apply two weeks before the program start dates: • is a Canadian citizen
• have a valid Canadian visitor visa
• have a valid Canadian study permit and reside in Canada
• can enter Canada with an eTA
